RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Information

Thanks for shopping with YoYo Toy Store. We pride ourselves on great customer service and experience in store and online and this also transitions into our product packaging for shipping to you. Not all transactions are perfect and we do understand that the occasional mistakes happens such as damage to products or lost package due to neglect by shipping couriers. In rare cases that the product is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we will accept your return on the product within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. Return requests made after the SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. If you change your mind and no longer want the item you have SEVEN (7) DAYS from time of purchase to request a return on your product. A restock fee of 20% and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Unopened Items

Products that are Unopened and unused can be returned within SEVEN (7) days of product delivery date unless specifically stated on the product details page. Packaging must be in the same condition as when you receive your item.

 

Opened Items

Items that are opened will not be eligible for returns. This goes for:

  • Products that have been opened or removed from manufactures original packaging.

  • Products with visible indications showing that original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • Product cases without factory sealed.

  • Items with visible signs of missing or swapped out pieces.

 

NOTE: All returns MUST include the manufacturer's original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with your returned items, we will NOT accept your return and you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you. Also note, if you are responsible for the damage to the product, we will not accept your return.

How To Start a Return for Damaged Items or Unwanted products:
 

1) Reach out to YoYo Toy Store within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.

2)Things needed from customer if the item arrives damaged:

  •  Detailed Explanation of what is damaged 

  •  Photos of damaged item(s) 

  •  Photo evidence of the outer packaging with the shipping label intact. These photos will be sent out to the shipping courier and we will file a damage claim.


3) We will issue you an RMA number once confirming your return request. All returns without authorized RMA number will NOT be accepted.

4) Please Ship the product(s) back inside a standard shipping box the original shipping box is strongly recommended. You will also have to write your RMA number on the outside of the box we recommend using a permanent marker or pen. 

5) Once your return is received, we will process a refund which can take 7-10 business days.

Paint and Package Condition

Please be aware that the item(s) you receive may not be a "perfect" box and "perfect" graphic paint job. We understand that many of you are collectors and we do our best to store our items safely as possible. We pick and inspect the best possible items for you, but there can be possible chances of shelf wear, bends, scratches, small creases, cuts, minor dents, and or minor imperfections. We recommend shopping in person at a YoYo Toy Store location for anyone who would like to inspect and pick the best item(s) for purchase. We Unfortunately will not accept exchange request for items due to imperfections. By placing your order on YoYoToyStore.com, you understand and accept this policy.

 

Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages

Please make sure you provide the correct mailing address prior to completing checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect mailing addresses or refused, will be subject a minimum 20% restock fee. We will not refund Shipping cost. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank account. This may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Online Order Item Exchange

We will accept request for item exchange if the item you receive is not what you ordered. No extra shipping charges will be added to your order since receiving the wrong item would be YoYo Toy Store human error. We will not accept any exchange request for damage or imperfected items. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for any size or fit exchange on clothing or wearable items.
