REFUND POLICY

​

All lesson bookings, cage/field rentals, camp registration, clinic registration, and showcase registration cancelled according to Hardknox Baseball Development, LLC’s (hereinafter referred to as "HK") stated cancellation policy will receive a full refund or full HK credit.  All other refund requests will be denied. 

Lesson packages do not have an expiration date and can be used with all HK professional instructors. All discount lesson package purchases are final and non-refundable.

All merchandise or gear sales (ex. magnets, hats, t-shirts, shorts and sweats) are final and non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers must notify Hardknox Baseball Development, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "HK") of any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment (including without limitation all cage rentals, lessons, camps, clinics, and showcases) (hereinafter referred to as an “Appointment”) upon no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Appointment.  HK can be notified by sending an email to hkappointments@gmail.com.

Cancelled or re-scheduled Appointments without at least 24 hours advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.  Also, a no-show for an Appointment without at least 24 hour advance notice will result in a full charge for that Appointment.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

1.  Reporting & Response Team:

Anyone personally witnessing any occurrence of or encountering a situation that presents suspicion of the occurrence of a Prohibited Act, as stated in HK’s Child Protection Policy, is required to report any questionable circumstances, observation, act, omission, or situation thought to be in violation of this Policy.

​

Any report of child abuse made by a minor about their care by a parent, guardian, minor, adult, or HK staff employee or volunteer, despite how unlikely such report may seem, must be relayed to the Response Team* immediately after the occurrence.

​

*The Response Team is comprised of Thomas Briscoe (678.410.9708), Mickey Moody (770.316.3667), and Matt Fountain (404.670.0788). Please contact the Response Team with any issues or concerns.
