Shipping Policy
We are so glad you love your new finds! We take pride in packaging up all your gypsy wares, so we ask that you patiently give us 48 hours to have your pieces picked, packed, and ready to be on their way. We ship daily Monday through Friday so you will have your When a Gypsy Whispers products without delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we hope that everything you purchase works out flawlessly, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within 30 days.

Return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. You are eligible to have the refund fee waived if you choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card instead of the original form of payment.

Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.

Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package return.

Original shipping fee (when applicable) will not be refunded when a return is made.

Oversized Product may include an additional handling and restocking fee. Fees will vary and are notated on the item’s product detail page.

If you have any issues with your order, such as a damage, shortage or quality issue and are within the 30-day window from the shipment date, please e-mail: jax@whenagypsywhispers.com

We offer free exchanges for a different size on clothing items if within 30 days of the order shipment date. We offer one free exchange per item. Any exchange needed after that will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment once we receive the item back in our warehouse. We do not offer exchanges on any non-apparel items or items that are final sale.

Due to platform limitations, there will be no exchanges accepted through Facebook or Instagram. You will have to return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return. International orders with a damage, shortage, or quality issue are only eligible for a refund.
