What is the cost of shipping?

Free shipping in the USA and Canada for original canvas paintings and original illustrations on quality paper.

All artwork will be shipped within 7-10 business days from time of payment. Canvas: Varnishing and painting the sides takes place after a painting has sold. Artwork on canvas will be sealed with a UV protective varnish. 

For any books, prints or products; shipping fees, and tax will be added to check-out.

Sides longer than 24” will be removed from the stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in a tube. Upon receipt of your art, it can be re-stretched and/or framed at your local framer. Paintings with sides 24” or less will be shipped in a box and ready to hang. All shipments will have a tracking number.

I ship to select countries outside of Canada and the U.S. If at checkout you do not see your country, please clashofnashstudio@gmail.com to discuss any additional charges.

For artwork on paper the cost of shipping and handling is approximately $55.00 USD outside Canada and the US.

 

Are there any additional shipping costs?

For international sales, any taxes, duties, and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please contact your local customs authorities if you wish to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork. Typically, there are no fees when shipping art from Canada to the US.

 

What happens if my art is damaged or lost?

You will be fully refunded or can make an exchange in the case of any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Once the painting arrives inspect it carefully and in case there is any damage, please take photos and contact Kelli Nash at clashofnashstudio@gmail.com within 2 days delivery.

 

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, therefore, if you are not fully happy with your purchase, please inform me within 15 days of delivery and you can send the artwork back. I will be glad to refund or exchange the full amount of the painting less any custom & excise taxes you may have paid on receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition when it was received. It is therefore important, to take care both when unpacking and repacking the artwork.

 

Who owns the copyright when I purchase an original painting?

The Artist Kelli Nash at Clash of Nash Studio holds the copyright to the image of sold artwork and may use the image at will for prints, products, online images and publications.

Purchasing the art grants you the right to install and use the painting as decor both privately and corporately.  The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by the artist.

If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, please credit with my name and contact information.
